Following on the heels of the ironic mustache, a new ironic trend is making its way through the hipster ranks across the United States: ironic running shorts.

"Well, when you think about it the movement sort of started with Forrest Gump," said Brian Mankowitz, who calls himself Tiger Fucker. "The thing is, retro running shorts are so ridiculous, so stupid looking, so fucking retarded, that they're cool!"
